Helane (of Helane Designs, Inc.) has illustrated and designed over 100 record album covers including everything from Frank Sinatra - The Radio Years to NWA - Straight Outta Compton and has three gold and three platinum albums. Her work has even been displayed in the Smithsonian Institution (The California Raisins exhibit,
Priority Records). Helane is a voting member of the National Academy of
Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS, the Grammy people). Currently she is doing work for The Towels and The Swing Dolls.
